Free Health Checkup and Blood Donation Camp
organized a Free Health Checkup Camp for the community, offering medical consultations and general health checkups to all attendees. Alongside the health camp, we also hosted a Blood Donation Camp, where we successfully collected 51 units of blood with the generous support of Life Care Hospital’s doctors and staff. This event aimed to provide accessible healthcare services and raise awareness about the importance of health and blood donation, benefiting everyone in the community.
Awareness program for Parent
Awareness Program for Parents was conducted to empower them with essential knowledge on child health, effective parenting, education, and safety. The program featured expert talks and interactive sessions, providing valuable insights to help parents better support their children’s growth and development. We are grateful for the enthusiastic participation and look forward to continuing our efforts to strengthen families and communities.
Career Counseling for Students
We organized a career counselling program to empower students by helping them identify their interests, strengths, and career aspirations after 10th and PUC. Through personalized guidance, skill development workshops, and exploration of educational pathways, we equip students with the tools to make informed decisions about their future. Our aim is to support students in navigating the evolving job market and preparing them for successful transitions into higher education and careers.
Awareness Programs in schools and Colleges
We regularly conducts awareness programs in schools and colleges to address critical issues affecting children and young adults. These programs focus on topics such as Child Rights, the POCSO Act, coping strategies for academic pressure, gadget addiction, cybercrime, and other child-related concerns. Additionally, we organize celebrations like Independence Day and Children’s Day to instill a sense of patriotism and historical awareness among students.
Makkala Sahayavani
The Makkala Sahayavani Counsellor regularly visits government schools to provide counselling for children facing family issues, school refusal, behavioral challenges, and learning difficulties, helping them build resilience and essential coping skills. Additionally, we organize recreational activities to promote their overall well-being and happiness..
Skill development session
Conducted skill development training for survivors of domestic violence and underprivileged women. The program focused on practical skills like tailoring, cloth bag making, and handicrafts, aiming to provide economic opportunities, boost confidence, and foster independence.
